With Sapphire Viewer, we’ve made it possible for you to “see” every phase of the homebuilding process.
Sapphire Viewer is a free software program that details every beam, every truss, every detail of a home in 3-D. The software also includes an app that uses GPS, and that can be installed in any mobile device to allow users to walk through the home to visualize its materials and construction.
Sapphire Viewer translates the engineer’s specifications into a 3-D Illustration of the structure that includes each board – and precisely where it fits within the structure. With Sapphire Viewer, our framers and builders know exactly how many beams are needed under a loaded girder and precisely how a truss hangs, eliminating the need for guesswork. We also provide you with access to Sapphire Viewer to install on your home computer and your mobile devices.
Everything is Transparent
We believe in transparent pricing. We use cost plus contracts. That means we charge for the cost of the material plus a profit. This eliminates over- or underestimating costs, which can happen with fixed price contracts, drastically changing final costs from original estimates. Our final costs stay within five to 10 percent of our original estimate. We’ll show you every invoice on every purchase we make. No hidden costs, no unwelcome surprises—you have total control of your investment.
